Our massages are all customized to the client needs. We offer Swedish, Relaxation, Therapeutic, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Cupping, Gua Sha (muscle scraping), and Deep Tissue Massage. There is no extra charge for deep tissue. All massages come with an aroma of choice, hot towels, warm packs for back and neck, and muscle scraping if desired!When we work with couples, it's at the same time but is in separate rooms.

Thai Reflexology blends traditional Thai massage with precise pressure-point work on the feet and lower legs. Each point corresponds to specific organs and systems in the body, helping to release tension, boost circulation, and support natural healing. This treatment promotes deep relaxation, relieves stress, and leaves you feeling balanced and refreshed from the ground up.
Please note that Thai Reflexology cannot be performed during menstruation.
Assisted Stretching
Half Hour - $40
Assisted stretching is a guided stretch session designed to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and help your body move better. This is not a massage. There is no lotion, no hands on muscle work, and no pressure like massage therapy.
Each 30-minute session is fully assisted by Emma, a trained stretch specialist, who moves you through targeted stretches you cannot do on your own. It is active, focused, and results driven.
Perfect for tight muscles, limited range of motion, desk workers, athletes, and anyone who feels stiff, locked up, or restricted. You stay fully clothed and relaxed while we do the work.
